  • 1 egg
  • 2 deciliter milk
  • 2 deciliter mineral water

  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoon mashed tomatoes
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 deciliter white wine
  • pinch of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons starch flour


  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • tablespoon white yogurt
  • pinch of pepper
  • pinch of Vegeta - mix of vegetables
  • pinch of salt


  • Make a pancake mixture from eggs, flour, milk, mineral water and a little salt. Let it stand for a while.

  • Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil.

  • After ten minutes add the minced meat.

  • And after another ten minutes add the tomato puree, salt, pepper and simmer for 20 minutes covered over low heat. Towards the end, pour in the wine and cook for another 5 minutes. Dissolve the starch flour in a little water and mix so that there are no lumps. Stir the starch flour into the meat and cook for another 2 minutes to thicken a bit.

  • When the mixture has cooled a bit, fill it with pancakes and place them in a baking dish.

  • Coat the pancakes with a mixture of sour cream, yogurt and spices. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius (428 Fahrenheit) and bake pancakes for 10 minutes until browned. Serve them warm.
