Ingredients

  • 1,5 kilogram fresh octopus
  • 100 grams onion
  • 2 pieces garlic
  • 60 milliliters apple cider vinegar
  • 100 milliliters olive oil
  • chopped parsley
  • if you wish you can put 4 - 5 potatoes
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • Vegeta - Craoatian mix of sipces

Instructions

  • Wash fresh octopus under a small stream of water and remove teeth if any. Pour water into the instant cooking pot and soak the octopus in it.

  • Cook over low heat for about 2 hours until the octopus softens.

  • Cut the chilled octopus into a salad bowl into smaller pieces.

  • Season with salt, pepper and Vegeta. Add chopped onion, apple cider vinegar and olive oil and mix everything. You can eat the octopus right away or refrigerate it for 10 minutes and then serve. Good apetite 🙂

Tip:
  • If desired, you can cook diced potatoes and add to octopus salad.
