- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger juice
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes. Pour the pumpkin cubes into a cooking pot and add water and salt and cook until the pumpkin is soft.
- When the pumpkin is cooked, drain it and put it in a blender. Add the oatmeal, ginger juice, lemon juice and nutmeg powder and mix everything well.
The drink is the best drunk immediately so that the pumpkin puree does not settle to the bottom of the glass.
