Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal

Instructions

  • Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes. Pour the pumpkin cubes into a cooking pot and add water and salt and cook until the pumpkin is soft.

  • When the pumpkin is cooked, drain it and put it in a blender. Add the oatmeal, ginger juice, lemon juice and nutmeg powder and mix everything well.
