  • 1 kilogram plain flour
  • 1 fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 deciliter plant oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 7 deciliter milk
  • 300 grams chopped bacon

  • Heat the milk with one teaspoon of sugar and put the yeast in it to dissolve. Leave the mixture on the heat until the yeast rises, ie until you see bubbles in the milk.

  • Put flour, salt, oil in a bowl and add milk with yeast and knead a smooth dough.

  • Cover the dough with a cloth and leave for 10 minutes in a warm place for the dough to rise.

  • When the dough swells, divide it into 6 equal parts.

  • Roll out each piece and cut into strips about 0.5 inch thick.

  • Place the finely chopped bacon on the strips and roll the strips in the shape of a spring until you reach the end.

  • Coat the baking sheet with butter and arrange the pistons next to each other.

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 Fahrenheit). Mix the egg with a little oil and coat the pistons in a baking sheet. Finally, salt them with sesame seeds. Bake the pistons for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden yellow. When the pistons are baked, take them out and coat them with butter, cover with a cloth to blunt for 5 minutes. Serve yourself 🙂
